I learned some important lessons during my workout today...
1) DO NOT eat before.. you will throw up in your mouth multiple times
2) DO NOT jump underneath the fan.. your fingers will hit it and it hurts :(
3) AND only hit pause if you feel like your gonna pass out.. I did at least twice
Other than that it was great! I'm ready for Shaun T. to kick my booty again tomorrow :)
Also, avoid milkshakes before a workout! I've made that mistake before. Not cool! Drink water before, and totally during as needed! Have fun!
ReplyDeleteThis is as far as I have made it on this program. I am not easily motivated to workout at home. It's much easier to sit on the couch and eat cookie dough.
ReplyDeleteHAHA.. It's hard! I just did Day 4! I like it though cause I don't have to leave the house. I just have to to it right when I get up or I won't..
